Job Corps is a great resource for learning work skills, including a high school diploma or GED. Most students live at the center or off center. Residentail and nonresidential policies vary at each center, so check with admissions counselor for details.

It seems like the Blackwell job corps centers are located in areas where conservation work is done. Job Corps

Job Corps is a federal program that provides food, shelter, work clothes, health care, and job training to teenagers and young adults at 115 campuses across the United States. Begun during the War on Poverty in the 1960s, and meant to offer alternatives to young disadvantaged Americans who, in some cases, might otherwise turn to crime, its fortunes have risen and fallen in the decades since its founding.

A corporation hires the services of an employee of another corporation on a contractual basis.

For example, Corp X hires Tom from another Corp Y for a 6 months period. Corp X will not pay Tom directly for his services, instead, it will pay Tom's corporation,Corp Y, which in turn will pay Tom after standard deductions.
