The Danish currency is called "Kroner" and 100 øre are 1 krone. You find bills of 1000, 500, 200, 100, and 50 kroner. The coins range from 20 kroner, 10 kroner (both golden) , 5 kroner, 2 kroner, 1 krone (these 3 are silver and have a hole in the middle) , 50 øre (1/2 krone) (copper coin).
