Is dristan decongestant spray in a pressure can that you could spray in a room or on a pillow still made?

Unfortunately they do not make it anymore. It was called Dristan medicated room vaporizer. Red top and yellow can. I have found one on ebay and bought it. I have found no others. The only other option is to hound the Dristan company to make it again. I will be doing that in the next few days, after Christmas of course.

How do you get off of Dristan nasal spray?

Get some Sudafed at your local pharmacy (you'll probably have to sign for it). Take it EXACTLY AS DIRECTED for two or three days. Then stop, or take half-doses for two more days. That shoud do it. If there is still residual rebound effect from the nasal spray, breathe through your mouth for a day or two until it is over - and don't abuse nasal decongestants in the future.

Who sponsored twillight zone?

The program, with outlandish plots, was one a good many years, often on residual channels such as 9 and ll. - thus it had various sponsors over the years. When watching a show of this type- usually late at night- commercials would at best play third backup rhythm guitar, not even second-fiddle. inother words, not imporant. Someway I seem to recall health-care products like Dristan and Alka-Seltzer but that is probably not definitive.

Can you take Advil and Ibuprofen together?

Yes you can. In fact, pseudoephedrine HCL (the active incgredient in Sudafed) is combined with ibuprofen in many cold and sinus pills, such as AdvilAdvil® Cold & Sinus [OTC]; Dristan® Sinus [OTC]; and Motrin® Cold and Sinus [OTC].

Are dristan sinus caps still being produced?

Oh, yes indeed they are. They just come in a box of 12-16 tablets these days. They're in a red box, with 2 "cards" of punch-out tablets. I can remember when they were available in bottles of 100 back in the 1970's. Instead of aspirin, they're now being made with acetaminophen (Tylenol) but they still contain the other classic ingredients that made them work so well. Prices tend to be in the .00 range, and I have not yet seen a generic brand, although that could happen. They can usually be found at the major drug store chains, and often at Wal-Mart or Target. I've had good luck at RiteAid and Walgreens.
