I think you mean fettuccine. Fettuccine is a pasta that is flat and narrow. Fettuccine is Italian and means "little ribbons". Hope this helps.

Do you mean Tettrazini? That's chicken or fish that's diced and served with mushrooms in a cream sauce over pasta. The sauces is usually enhanced by wine or vegetable stock.
