Ootsitgamoo was created by Gisloog. After all animals and plants were created, Gisoolg cause lightning to strike Ootsitgamoo. Where the lightning struck (the sand) was formed the shape of a man. The image was named Glooscap. Gisoolg struck Glooscap again with lightning and was given life. Glooscap was still unable to move. He could only watch the world go on around him. He asked Nisgam to give him freedom to move around Ootsitgamoo, and Nisgam gave Glooscap his freedom.To the Scandanavians: Odin and his brothers, Vili and Ve were walking along a shore one day when they cam across two logs.
