Many people believe that God watches over a marriage and that the love between the two spouses is influenced by and blessed by the love of God. Such people also believe that children are God's blessing, as are any other fruits of the marriage. However, others would say that marriage is simply a ceremony to start a long relationship, whose love is simply classic human love.
