The Ministry of Magic is trying to cover up news of Lord Voldermort's return. At Hogwarts the new Defence Against the Dark Arts Teacher is refusing to teach defensive spells. In retalliation to this Harry forms the DA, a club in which he acts as an unoffical DADA teacher to teach his fellow students how to defend themselves against the Death Eaters.
