In The Bible, there are many references in the New Testament, and a few in the Old, to Jesus returning to earth in bodily form to establish an earthly kingdom, which will last 1000 years, and then all will be destroyed in a great armageddon (War), and then the great Judgement of everyone who was not born again. So when one hears a person says, "until Kingdom come" they mean until the end of the world. In a different reference, that of Matthew 6, Jesus prays "Thy kingdom com, thy will be done." Which means, may God's perfect will be fulfilled on the earth, as it is filled in Heaven, hence - no sickness, no disease, no poverty, no death. This will only be fulfilled, when Jesus actually does return in bodily form.
