To answer this bluntly and simply, they are nothing but a scam that mostly preys on the elderly and superstitious. They are known for telling people that they were outside of their homes and "felt great vibes", which would obviously be threatening to anyone, but especially an elderly person living alone. They send offers for trinkets and promise that this junk will bring good luck and fortune, while charging an insane amount of money for this worthless Chinese junk. Even if the trinkets are not ordered and the person was wise enough to sign the fraudulent contact, these people will still send threatening bills and false collection notices to the person, who often will pay out of the fear that their credit will be ruined. I strongly advise ANYONE who is being threatened or even contacted by these sub-human trash to please contact the Attorney General of their state and also that of New York.
