Liam Bruce of Cullompton, a previous prolific offender has been served with an interim Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO), conditions of which ban him from Cherry Tree Stores, Somerfield and Cullompton Community College.

Members of the community are encouraged to contact the police if they suspect Bruce of breaching the conditions of the order; using or encouraging others to use foul, abusive, offensive or insulting behaviour in a public place; behaving in a manner which is likely to cause a person to fear for their safety; being drunk or under the influence of alcohol in a public place; drinking or found to be in possession of alcohol in an open or unsealed container in a public place, except a licensed premises; and carrying bricks, knives or other sharp items by calling the force enquiries office on 08452 777444.
