The Mac OS X Tiger install DVD is the DVD that allows you to install 10.4 software onto your Mac. 10.4 is Tiger, and so it is called Mac OS X Tiger.

Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) can be installed on an iBook Dual USB (G3 processor) by inserting the installation disc and double clicking the Install icon.
Some games will be compatible with Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) but many of the newer games will require a more recent version of Mac Os X the current one being 10.6.

Insert the OS install CD or DVD. Restart your Macbook Pro and hold down the C key. The Mac will boot from the CD or DVD. Choose "Erase and Install" if you want a clean install.
Mac OS X Leopard cannot be stored on any other DVD than the install disc it came in. It is not allowed by Apple Inc. to transfer Mac OS X Leopard or any other software of the sort without their permission.

You can install windows 7 on a MAC using Boot Camp. It is included on your OS X Leopard or Snow Leopard installation DVD.
Mac OS X install media is a repair disk that allows you to re-install the operating system on your Mac in case of hardware failure or repair. You don't have to have a physical install disc, because OS X is built in your Mac.
The hard drive will need to be formatted (rather than completely blank) and then Tiger can be installed on it.
