How do I create a filtered stream which I can embed in my website. The stream should have the following requirements:

Tweets should
- only come from users that follow me
- contain a certain hashtag: #hashtag OR
- contain any of the following words: reforestation, forestation, forest, carbon AND
- should not contain any of the following words: REDD, REDD+
How is this possible? Are there generators on the market that create streams like this?
