Microsoft Expression Web can be downloaded from Microsoft's website. It can be found in the Download Center section or, alternatively, using the search bar provided in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Microsoft has not created a version of Expression Web for the Mac so there is nothing to download. This is probably due to Expression Web not being very good and it would not survive in the Mac market. Macs come with a basic web site creator called iWeb and there are numerous options such as Dreamweaver, Rapid Weaver, Flux, Espresso etc. (See links below)
Very good, I use Expression Web and I hand code, but if I did not want to hand code, then Expression web inserts just the right amount of code and some CSS to the top of the page. It is not like frontpage where you get lots of extra code at all, I would recommend it, as it can hold all your web files and folders, and upload to the web too. Files I have on my websites are Javascript, CSS, HTML and php it copes with them all.
