I sent my N400 to the Vermont center on Apr 10, 2008. Fingerprinting was done on May 14, 2008 in Hackensack, NJ. I finally received my interview letter on Oct 3, 2008, and my interview is scheduled for Nov 6,2008. So it looks like it is a 7 month process from the letter to the interview. Hope that helps!
as long as you reveal all the truth , there will be no problem.the worse case scenario : They may denied again based on 2006 misdemeanor and usually it takes about 5 years from the last incident ,then you can re apply. This is very common. Make sure within that 5 years period, you are clean, no crimes,no drugs ,no DUI,no felony,..etc etc.And get the immigration attorney, for those who has multiple application of N 400.
When filling out the N-400 form, you are required to provide information about your trips outside the U.S. during the last five years. If you cannot remember trips beyond that period, it's important to accurately list the trips you do recall and state that you have no records of earlier travels. You should also gather any available documentation, such as passport stamps or travel itineraries, to support your application. Always be honest in your responses to avoid potential issues with your application.
