It would be the furious Rasengan,because this technique was passed down by generations of Shinobi,right now weknow,Minato,Jiraiya,Naruto,and Kakashi know the Rasengan. The Rasengan is not like Shaodow Clone Jutsu,Sext Jutsu,Harem Jutsu,or Ultimate Taijutsu:Naruto Uzumaki Barrage,it carries 1000,000,000 blows on the enemy,maybe more!!! The Rasengan is also the ultimate technique because it was used by the Fourth Hokage,Minato. The Rasengan is also a "Helix Gun."

On the Episode:108,Naruto and Sasuke clash and when Sasuke thinks the Chidori was more powerful,he sees that the Rasengan is more powerful than Chidori.

In the Movie,Naruto easily defeats the enemy with Rasengan.

After Naruto learned the Rasengan he usually is seen using it on a powerful Rogue Ninja.

The Rasengan really took a great affect on Kabuto on Episode:Attack!!!Fury of the Rasengan!!!

Naruto's Rasengan is also handy because when used it can protect his front of his body from getting hit.

Not really i think Naruto's best jutsu would have to be Tatsumaki Rasengan or Naruto's Ultimate Chakra Rasengan because the Tatsumaki Rasengan used so much chakra it killed that evil creepy looking demon but also he needed Sasuke Uchiha's help cutting the unbreakible glass that made naruto's attack work please do not edit this content

To be more upto to date though naruto's strongest jutsu in the shippuden is definitely his rasen shuriken which he can throw due to coated with sage chakra. see the full 8-10 episode arc of pain invading the hidden leaf village to see the jutsu. (first use is in episode 164, and yes he used rasen shuriken up close version in shippuden 85 or so).

The Manga

reading the manga has proved interesting. i and no the public community has seen the new jutsu but has been mentioned in the manga many times. it is called the bijuu blast or bijuu ball please yourself. The 8 tail beast is trying to teach this to naruto which has been proving successful. naruto finds a shortcut and just creates a rasengan in fox mode (bijuu mode). Killer Bee or the 8 tailed beast is saying this is the strongest jutsu ever in existence but naruto states i can upgrade by putting is some of my wind affinity chakra into it to make it even stronger. killer bee is amazed. that sums it up giving a good explanation

BOTH ARE WRONG NARUTOS BEST MOVE RIGHT now is using the ninetails chakara when he mastered it with the killer bee and his best justsu is the fuuton rasenshuriken and that move is even better if his in sage mode

the answer above is kinda ok but theres more powerful moves narutos best move right now is fuuton rasen shuriken and its better in sage mode and a more powerful move is the tailed beast bomb that naruto is learning with the killer bee when he fought the ninetailed fox and put him in a new seal in his body so he can use his power when he pleases but it takes a tool on him if he uses it to much and it looks different when he uses it don't believe go to narutoget.com watch some eps or look at the manga but i think the ninetailed fox is getting closer to naruto so if they become friends naruto wont have that tool when he uses the ninetails power cuz when he uses the ninetails chakara the ninetails takes some of narutos chakara and if he takes all of his chakara u know a ninja can die that's the tool
