Nike + iPod is sort of a fitness device/setting. It was ideally to wear it on your arm with a strap on a jog so at the end you can see your progress. It counts how many steps, calories you burned and much more including a song to play and a exercise course through the day. (the exercise course is only enabled on the 3.1.1 ipod/iphone update.)
