We'll seeing as though Oklahoma is a fantastic State. I would have to give the official state recipe as sausage, biscuits, and gravy. I know that some of you are whining about it not being safe/unhealthy/animal cruelty/whateveryourpatheticsouliswhinigaboutthatnobodycares (we have been eating animals for thousands of years why are whining about it now?). If you think that thsi is wrong why don't you do us all a favor, and go run out in traffic (not seriusly though that would be dumb). This is the king of all breakfastes in the world. So it is by the very nature of God that it should be in the greatest state in the world.

Read the whole recipe first. Any way back to the recipe. You need about a pound of sausage beef (not soy beef, reel beef (it takes away from the wonderfulness of the taste when you try to eat the most deliciousness in the world but you butcher it with crap)). Then you need some milk (whole milk), and some biscuits (the butteryer the better), and some flour, and some seasoning ( i use salt and pepper (black and assorted kinds) and oregano.

start to mold the sausage beef into a very small hamburger shape. Fry it (this is necessary for the gravy). You might want to start the biscuits now. Once you have fried the sausage. place some flour into the pan you were using until there is no more grease left over, do not have an excess of flour ( you might want to use a spatula). Add some milk and swirl it around until you have a thin soup of gravy use the spatula to get all the flour and grease. Cook the gravy until it is a golden brown (keep stirring with the spatula to get out all the clumps). Keep checking on the biscuits. when all the above steps are completed, you can serve and eat the greatest breakfast on Earth safely. Without your taste buds being overloaded with flavor of goodness.
