During the lengthy outro and fade out, the words "Hey Jude" are sung 18 times, plus sung, yelled and screamed indistinctly by Paul McCartney numerous other times. Paul McCartney features "Hey Jude" in his live performances and the song is seriously ad-libbed during the outro.
