The cover is a drawing of herself when she is younger. Jeanne Fowler drew it herself.
Officially Carter Burwell wrote the lullaby. Robert Pattenson gave Burwell some ideas (Whether they were used in the lullaby is unclear.) The director of the Twilight movie, Catherine Hardwicke, claims in a behind the scenes interview that she was going to let Pattenson "try" to write the lullaby because he is a very good pianist. How do you know? LIAR!
There are a lot of "Bella's Lullaby(s)". So, I have listed all that I could find. Bella's Lullaby(s), and, or, "Edward's" Lullaby. First: The River Flows in You by Yiruma http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdAuuycP_Uo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdfWVA-_LYA&feature=related Second: Trees by Kieko Matsui On piano, I couldn't find any in violin. Sorry. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOLEIRNGp-c Third: Bella's Lullaby by Carter Burwell, from the movie, but with little extra notes in the beginning. (Or some say the original) Again, it's on piano. I thought I would be able to find some on violin. I did find a few though (First). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4PZb0Ecl1Sw Fourth: Bella's Lullaby by Carter Burwell. This is the same as the one before, but minus the stuff in the beginning. This is also in the movie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLqofK_cZQ8&feature=related Fifth: I giorni by Ludovico Einaudi http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmsNhcxKUcI&feature=related There's also a sixth one, but I couldn't find a video.... maybe you can. I think it's called "Bella's Lullaby by Edward Cullen", or Bella's Lullaby composed by Edward. But other Bella's Lullaby(s) (Previous ones^) keep coming up. It'd pretty much just a few notes repeated over and over for about 4:44. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I hope I at least helped some :)
At the sports telecasting ESPN, the anchors for Tennis our Chris Fowler (1986 - Present) and Patrick Enroe (1995 - Present) and the newest caster is Dick Enberg (2004 - Present). Each new caster for tennis being added about a decade from each other.
After they "try for baby" a little tune will play as they come out from under the cover that sounds like a little baby lullaby and the mother will throw up every once in a while, usually after she returns from work. She won't be able to "try for baby" and if you have the tombstone of life and death then the option, "speed up my pregnancy" will be available.
