If it just a pill and has no plastic cover on the pill it is said to be uncoated. Other then the feel and look of the pill there is no different between the pill. However, most commonly coated pills take longer to dissolve in the stomach acid and take longer to "activate". Uncoated pills, once in the stomach, begin to dissolve and began to activate.

if you want to get high then yes. if you crush or chew it somehow break the extended release coating on the pill then you will feel the full effect of the pill right away. but if you are not experienced with opiods then you will probably overdose
