It's hard to say exactly because he's made inconsistent statements on the subject. Since 1990, he has expressed views both pro- and anti-legalization. In the early 1990s, he expressed views that legalization was a good option because it would curtail the power of the drug cartels.

During the 2015-2016 election campaign, he mostly expressed views that the issue should be left to the states, but he also made statements indicating that he felt that there were unforeseen problems from legalization, which sounded somewhat anti-legalization. So it seems that he is anti-legalization at the federal level, but he is somewhat ok with states legalizing on their own terms.

It's also worth pointing out his Attorney General. The Attorney General is the member of the President's Cabinet who is most involved in drug enforcement, as agencies like the DEA and FBI fall under his purview. Trump's AG is Jeff Sessions, who is known for being strongly anti-legalization, and has made statements since his appointment that indicate he still is fiercely so.

President Trump's stance on marijuana legalization has been somewhat inconsistent. He has expressed support for medical marijuana and has indicated a willingness to respect states' rights on the issue. However, his administration has taken a more strict approach to marijuana enforcement at the federal level, rescinding certain protections for state-legalized marijuana businesses. Overall, his position remains unclear and subject to change.

What are facts concerning the legalization of marijuana?

Over 300 economists have signed on to an open letter to the President, Congress, Governors, and State Legislators asking them to allow this "country to commence an open and honest debate about marijuana prohibition." The petition states that the undersigned "believe such a debate will favor a regime in which marijuana is legal but taxed and regulated like other goods." Notably, three of the economists who have already signed on are Nobel Laureates. Three hundred plus additional economic scholars have already signed on, you can view the list and more [...]

Should the Marijuana use admitted by both President Bill Clinton and Senator Barack Obama be seen as a problem overcome or should it be dropped from discussion?

Many would say that it doesn't matter. Many people have tried pot, especially those of their generation. The fact that they were honest about it should be held to their credit in the view of these people. Others would say that marijuana use is illegal and is part of a larger drug problem. To have used it even once in their view shows a disregard of the law.

Should you do weed or crack?

These are two completely different drugs, but I will approach this from a variety of ways in order to answer your question. From a medical point of view, marijuana is much safer. Marijuana use has not directly caused a death. However, crack has. Crack can cause heart attacks and various other problems. (Choice = marijuana) From a psychological point of view, Crack is known to be much more physically addicting and psychologically addicting than marijuana. Many argue that marijuana is not physically addicting, but it does have a risk of psychological dependency. Both of these drugs can bring out and/or exacerbate symptoms of bipolar d/o, schizophrenia, depression, etc. (Choice = marijuana) From a financial point of view, crack is more expensive and does not last nearly as long as marijuana. Crack causes decreased appetite, and marijuana tends to increase appetite. However, the increase in food costs from marijuana use is more than offset by the increase in cost by using crack. (Choice = marijuana) However, if you are subjected to random drug screens, marijuana shows up for much longer than crack does. (Choice = crack) More people use marijuana than crack, and marijuana is typically obtained much easier than crack. (Choice = marijuana) It appears that marijuana is the better choice. However, given that you are asking this question, you likely do not have any experience with either drug (or drugs in general). You shouldn't do either one...
