There is probably no one in the world better equipped to answer this question and yours truly. I have extremely severe dyslexia, and I'm writing this post with voice recognition software because of it. My dyslexia works something like this: no matter how hard I try I can not learn to read, I cannot learn to write or spell either. When I look at the letters they dance around, some of them turning as those they are on skateboards, some of them merely sharply moving towards the center of the page and then back out. I can not process how the English language works, the words won't stand still long enough for me to sound them out, and it is so frustrating! I literally can not read anything. As you can imagine, that makes life very difficult! So I guess my answer to your question would be as follows: the inability to process the English language, the sensation that the letters are moving around the page uncontrollably, and in extreme difficulty in spelling and handwriting.
