According to me, real estate investment is a very unpredictable and erratic procedure. Moreover, you have to be calm and maintain patience during a longer period. Because property prices do fluctuate over time, it's like a share market. You can put your money and forget it for some years. Then you will get good ROI (Return on Investment) after that. Virutally anyone can invest in Real Estate. There are different asset classes and risk levels. One person might invest in a smal rural home while another might choose to invest in a 400 unit aparment complex in a suburb.
