malaria Rubia, commonly known as heat rash or prickly heat. It is a condition caused by sweat glands that have become clogged and or burned by the excessive amount of salt and acid from the sweat. The condition causes the skin to become irritated, red, and the clogged pores may have reddish bumps and even blisters. Treatment: To clean and open pores, shower, use a skin cleanser such as those used for acne, this promotes healing and cleans the pores. If this occurs on the facial area, use acne type cleansing pads, such as stridex, to heal and clean the pores. Avoid extreme heat exposure if possible it sometimes takes weeks to completely clear. If the condition does not clear or if there is any infection, one should consult their physician.
