I'm hoping you are referring to ETV Corp's Satellite Direct software. If so, the V2 is part of the version number of the sofware when downloaded to your computer. To elaborate further... Perhaps you are thinking there may be two different versions. In that case, your thinking would be correct but it's not called V2. ETV Corp offers a Main version (small one-time fee) and Advanced version (low monthly fee). As for the latter, more premium entertaining channels are offered including movie trailers, dedicated live sports section and more features, along with delivery of 3,500+ global channels.
