Fuels
The structure
Fat is a useful storage substance for bats. This is because fat has over two times the energy content per mass unit versus proteins and carbohydrates.
helps with release of energy
Fuel is any combustible matter, to include coal, oil, gas or wood. A substance that produces useful energy
Uranium fission with thermal neutrons release an enormous quantity of energy; this heat is converted in electricity.
Thermal energy is the most randomized form of energy because it manifests as random motion of particles in a substance. It is difficult to convert thermal energy into useful work because it tends to disperse and equalize, making it challenging to harness and direct for productive purposes.
The energy that is not useful is called waste energy. It is the energy that is not harnessed or converted into a form that can be utilized for work or other useful purposes.

The process of extracting a useful substance from an ore typically involves crushing the ore to release the desired mineral, then separating the mineral from the gangue (unwanted material) using physical or chemical methods such as gravity separation, flotation, or leaching. Finally, the extracted mineral is further refined to obtain the desired substance in its pure form.
A calorimeter comes in different forms, but it is a device that allows you to contain a substance and burn it. The released energy from the compound is then released within the calorimeter, and through changes in temperature of the calorimeter and water that usually surrounds the substance, scientists can calculate the joules of energy released by the substance which will be near equivalent except for lost energy to the total energy contained within a substance. This is how you get calorie measurements in the food you eat. A sample calorimetry test is done and applied to all the same type of food.
