The only real difference in general usage is that "about to" suggests something is to be done very soon, and "going to" suggests something is to be done, but not necessarily right away.
one is present & one is past tense , but it also depends on how you use it for example : i did that yesterday .. that was done yesterday
Did means you have done that already, do means you'll do it later or now it depens what the sentace is though.
Wasn't able means not having the ability to do something. Didn't means you could have done it but did not for whatever reason.
"did" is the simple past, used for a completed action that does not continue into the present; it's all over. -I did my homework last night. "done" is the present perfect (past perfect would be "I had done"), used for an action performed at some time prior to the present but that may or may not extend into the present. It's also used for habitual action. I have done all my homework for today.
drew is past tense and drawn is been done a week ago
There is really no difference.

Can states something is able to be done. Will implies something is going to be done.
"It has to be done immediately" means the same as "It must be done immediately" or "It is necessary that it should be done immediately". You say this before the act is actually done, conveying the sense of urgency and importance in doing it right away. Saying, "What! the alarm is not turned on? It has to be done immediately!" means "DO IT NOW!" On the other hand "It was to be done immediately" means the same as "It should have been done immediately." or "It was supposed to have been done immediately". Either way, the time at which the act was supposed to have been done has passed. It was supposed to have been done immediately after some other event, but it wasn't. So, you might say, "What! the alarm is not turned on? I told you to do that five minutes ago. It was to be done immediately. And now it's too late."
Generic: It can be described as the vague idea how it has be done , but not the exact specification Specific: Pinpoint description how it is being done. Everything is given a accurately with what has been given.
