Presidential elections occur on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November every year that is divisible by four. The last presidential election occurred on November 4, 2008. The next will be on November 6, 2012.
Usually the answer is 366 since presidential elections occurs in leap years. The exceptions were 1800 and 1900 which had only 265 days each.
