because there are a lot of moons that surround Jupiter and they rotate around Jupiter at different paces not all can be seen at the same time
No one actually. It actually is now confirmed as a piece of junk rock or and asteroid but astronomers only discovered it through a telescope. Ask what telescope it is and I may tell you.
