If this COS is on trunk group A and an incoming trunk from another group, B, routes out over trunk group A, then the incoming trunk in group B will not provide answer supervision until the outgoing trunk from group A provides it. FCC Part 68 requires that the incoming trunk be answered any time it routes back out of the switch on an outgoing trunk. This mark will override that requirement and may cause your switch to become non-FCC compliant.
