Speeding 80MPH in a 65MPH Zone
exceeding 65 miles per hr
Should be Life In Prison.... Dummy
i was caught doing 93 in a 55, i think the speeding part of the offense was around 350-400.
65 + 65 + 65 + 65 + 65 + 65 + 65 + 65 + 65 + 65 + 65 + 65 = 65 x 12 = 780
I don't know about CA, but I got a ticket for going 83 in a 65 in CT and the ticket is 300. I sent in the ticket as not guilty, went to court, and they offered me a reduced amount of 175. I didn't even have to go in front of the judge.
65/65=1+65=66
65+65=130
65% as a decimal is 0.65. 65% as a % is 65%. 65% as a fraction is 65/100
I am not sure but the offense code doesn't matter for speeding, it is simply your speed and the speed limit. The break points are 0 to 10 over, 11 to 15 over and 15 to 25 over. A south Carolina attorney can usually get your ticket reduced for you.
65 x .65 = 42.25
65
