The white, oblong pill with imprint M357 is acetaminophen/hydrocodone 500 mg / 5 mg. The pill isn't made by Watson, it's made by Mallinckrod. I think you may just be mixing up the fact that it's a pain killer and normally would be made by Watson if it had an "m" on it.
