Arans. They rush till 50 at an AMAZING speed. And if you plan to play longer on that character Arans as well. That's because they have a level cap of 200 instead of 120. But if you want to have fun, I'll say Cygnus Knight. Well, because hitting the attack button over and over is kind of repetitive. But you still hit about the same buttons repetitively for any job. ( Oh yea. This is from before BBP coz my server haven't got it yet )
Will Arans be the best job in Maplestory?
If you have tried an Aran, you will know that arans have a very low damage rate at the beggining. But once you get to 2nd job and level 45, you learn a skill called Combo Smash where you smash the enemies with a thrown polearm which does insane damage. When you max it (20 SP), it does 700% damage (GMS)!! So aran gets stronger every time you learn a new move.^^ It also depends. If you like another job and u think its the best then stick with it. everyone has a diffrent opinion on something.
