They are listed in the Red Book at $28,000 in grade FINE, and over $100,000 in uncirculated condition. However, the coin would need to be certified (preferrably by PCGS or NGC) to verify its authenticity -- I'm sure there are a lot of modern copies out there that are worth a couple dollars or less.

Your coin is almost certainly plated for use in jewelry or something similar, which means it's an altered coin with no value to collectors. The US has never made silver cents. For one thing, cents are larger than dimes so a silver penny would have been worth more around 15 cents at the time!
