It's a 327 with cylinders bored .040" over stock.
A 327 bored 040 over refers to a Chevrolet 327 cubic inch engine that has had its cylinder bores enlarged by 0.040 inches. This modification increases the engine's displacement slightly, improving potential power output and performance. The term "bored" indicates that the engine's cylinders have been machined to accommodate larger pistons, which enhances airflow and combustion efficiency. Overall, this modification is common in performance applications for those looking to increase horsepower.

a 327 bored 0.030 over is a 332CI so im assuming bore the block out to possibly 40 over or slightly higher.. or change too a bigger crank.
A 327 chevy bored .10 over would be 4.1 bore x 3.25 stroke = 343cubic inches or 5.6 liters
A 350 block with a 327 crank is called a 327. Bore it 60 over and it becomes a 337. Don't know what pop up heads are. Never heard of that.
Bore it out to the maximum "safe" bore (.060" overbore) which is 3.935". Stroke it to 3.25". This is the stock stroke for the 327 engine, which is the only other engine to have the smaller journals. Rod Journals are 2.00", Main Journals are 2.30".
359.3 cubic inches
NO. It is a 325 cubic inch engine. Not a 327
