it depends if it was mass produced or not. hand crafted stratocasters are very costly
Depends on the condition of the case and guitar, as well as whether all the parts are original. Probably between $2000 and $3000.
$100
No one can really know without you telling us what year it is, the serial number, and a bunch of other things. One place you can look though is going to the fender website and typing the serial number in the fender website search. If that doesn't work, try google. :) Hope this helps.

Your Strat is a mexican manufacture, 2006-2007. Like everything, value depends on condition. In good condition, it will fetch $200 to $300.

Yes they are a good guitar... but depends what style you want to play. Absolutely especially in comparison to Squire Strats. The Standard Stratocaster has better sound and better playability than Squires. They also have a better resale value. Again, it is dependent upon which style of music you want to play. Fender Stratocasters are very versatile you can play many styles of music with a Strat. Everything from country to blues to rock. However, they are not suitable for jazz as they lack the airness and midrange of an artchtop.

Fender, in their cheaper 'Squier' range, make a maple neck Stratocaster in the _very_ attractive Daphne Blue; a light pastel shade. For reasons i won't bore you with, I happen to own one, along with US Strats and other high-end guitars. IMHO They play well, sound good, and are excellent value for money. I am not associated with Fender. I have, however been playing guitar since 1962. Hope this helps.
From what I could find about $200 depending on the condition.
Just buy the Fender instead of the Squier. From the description, you're probably looking at a Fender '72 Telecaster Deluxe, with two "wide range" humbuckers and four control knobs. You can modify a Squier, but the cost of the modifications and the parts will probably exceed the cost of the guitar. And there is never any guarantee that the resulting sound will be good until you've already paid for and completed the modification. Also, a Squier depreciates in value pretty much the second you take it out of the store. A Fender, even a Mexican one, will hold its value better. When in doubt, just buy the guitar that already has the sound and feel you want.
Because guitars, like houses, are worth more the more they age, this guitar will be vintage now, and will be worth more if it is a Stratocaster than a Telecaster (the strats were always more popular). I'd say, Stratocaster, somewhere between £850 - £5000 depending on the condition of the guitar, and a telecaster, £650 - 3000. Hope you found this useful (:
