Dear enquirer,
I cannot find anything in scripture that refers specifically to babies in heaven.
I therefore relate to you what I believe to be true. All spirits that were in heaven were of adult stature. We had learned all we could up to that point when God said that we had to go to earth to further our education, to see if we would learn to obey His laws. We came down as spirit children to enter into the body of the still to be born child. Our memory of our pre-earth life was taken from us and we grew up as children to adult life. At the right time God called us back where we were once again adult spirits, having our former knowledge returned to us and the memory of our earth life.
At this point there is bound to be someone who will ask, "What will happen if a child dies, will the mother have the opportunity to bring up that child? The answer is yes, for there are thousands of children who were called home before they reached adulthood. During the resurrection the mother will have the opportunity to raise up the child to adulthood, even though the child will have an adult spirit inside of its young frame it will still have the opportunity to experience a childhood progressing to adulthood.
What I said may seem a strange belief but God is fare and just and allows all the same opportunity to grow.
The Bible does not say that babies go to heaven.
The Bible says that 'the meek' shall 'inherit' a different place. The meek shall inherit 'the earth'.
Besides, why would babies go to heaven at a certain age? Babies grow up to become children. They go to school at approx age 5 or 6. God does NOT take babies, as some religions would have you believe. Taking someone from another family to enlarge his own family is called 'kidnapping'. God would never do that at any age. God is Love and Compassion.
all is fair
