Made by the Annin flag company, "Tough-Tex" is "an exclusive 100% 2-ply spun woven polyester fabric that resists high winds. The open weave reduces fabric stress for longest wear, and is the longest lasting flag made. It is engineered specifically for industrial, commercial, and institutional applications or where high winds and other severe stress conditions are likely to cause premature flag wear."
