As a cataract is a cloudy opacification of the natural lens there are two possible ways to approach finding an antonym:
1) A lens without a cataract would be a "clear lens"
2) An eye without a lens is "aphakic" (however, an eye without a clear lens would also be aphakic).
Neither are really satisfying, but it may be a place to launch from. Hope this helped.
