You asked a difficult question and I researched it. "Babymaker's Club" is just a label put on the fact that there are meetings (I guess you could call them clubs) where some couples can't have children. They will discuss anything from artificial insemination, to having a surrogate mother (meaning another woman will carry the husband's baby for the couple.) Also it is difficult for gay people to adopt children, so this gives them more of an opportunity to adopt a child.
