well a good heart rate is between 60 and 100 per minute. A bad heart rate is depending on how old you are say you are an adult a bad heart rate would be under 50 for about a 40 year old person. For about 60 and above under 40 would be not so good.
Above 80, below 60.
Below 60 can be okay, though, if the person is very athletic.
Above 80 is never good at rest.
