Which companies offer serviced offices in the UK?

There are a number of serviced office companies in the UK, one of the best known is Regus. However, there are many other providers, both in London and around the country in smaller cities and towns. Other providers include Instant Offices, i2 Offices, Stonebridge Offices and Basepoint. If an organisation is seeking a serviced office in a smaller town, then the local federation of small businesses, and local authority enterprise development organisation can often point enquiries to small, low cost options, often with local social enterprise groups.

How much horse power does a 1984 Yamaha IT200 have?

hi- i will help you with this question by giving you the it200 maximum torque rating wich is 2.6 kg-m or 18.8 ft lbs @7000 rpm , you will have to do the math to come up with the actual figure but loosly translated i think it may be in the area of 16-18 hp and less without a fresh top end of course, my information comes from a original Yamaha IT200 brochure from that era and the fact that i currantly own 3 Yamaha it200 enduro bikes, one of wich since new, oh yes i should mention, please do the math---because i was never good at it!AnswerI owned a 84 IT200, and I currently own two 81 Suzuki PEs (250 and 175). I dyno'd the stock PEs as a basepoint, and came up with 38 and 32 respectively. The IT had better exhaust and higher compression, and I think it makes approximatley 37 horsepower at peak. AnswerI recently owned a 1984 IT200L. Recently sold it but I still have the certificate of origin for the bike. The bike was dynoed at the factory and it says right on the certificate that the bike put out 27.1 hp bone stock. Give or take 2hp to account for engine diferrences and you have your HP rating
