Greens Restaurant was created in 1979.
I was recently invited to join a private birthday party at Maxim's. I never saw the complete menu, but the menu for our dinner included lobster salad -- a complete lobster, without its shell, on a bed of asparagus, with mixed baby greens (mesclun) and balsamic vinaigrette, a filet of beef with Périgueux sauce (delicious!), baby vegetables in their own juice with peas and "Pommes Maxim" (thinly sliced potatoes baked in butter), and a raspberry napoleon for dessert.
