If the cooling system is in good working order the system will bleed the air out itself. If the system has a leak anywhere no matter how small the system will never bleed the air out.
You have to remove the spring clip from the solenoid valve on the air bag and turn it left, which will bleed the air out of that air bag you have to do this to each air bag individualy.
