I can't imagine a regime for testing razors on animals. Shaving creams and gels, and aftershaves, I can understand how they'd test on animals. But razors? It would be cheaper and easier just to pass the razors out to their employees and have them write reports on them--which is what Gillette does, and I'd imagine is what Schick and Bic do.
