I have had a bump on the right side of my head, near my temple. I have had it for years and it does not hurt and I don't have AIDS either. Mine is a cyst. But if you are really worried, just go to the doctor.

If your right temporal lobe is swollen, you should see a doctor. This could signal swelling in the brain or even a tumor.
