I have had a bump on the right side of my head, near my temple. I have had it for years and it does not hurt and I don't have AIDS either. Mine is a cyst. But if you are really worried, just go to the doctor.

There is no way it could be a tapeworm because tapeworms can only survive in intestines. They must get nutrients from your body via diffusion since they are sessile, so there is no way one could be in your brain--it would starve.
