Calf is the Word used for the (very) Young of certain animals. A baby of one of those species.

You can't have a calf of a baby. It'll be like having a baby of a baby. Doesn't happen. A baby is a Young, sexually immature living thing. It can't reproduce.

A pre-born calf is called a fetus. The fetus resides in the uterus of the cow and is attached by the umbilical cord which acts as an "artery" of sorts for the flow of blood, nutrients and waste going between the fetus and the cow. The uterus is the place where the fetus grows for around 285 days from the point it has been conceived to when it is fully developed enough to be born to the outside world.
