Character traits are distinctive features which are exhibited by all members of a group, and which are capable of being described or measured.

Character traits are attributes of a character, either physical or emotional or otherwise. Having green eyes could be a character trait; Bravery is a character trait as well.

It means that the character in your book or movie has a characteristic. Like for example: Dorothy in Wizard of Oz has brown hair, is adventurous and friendly! The adjectives represent the definition for Character Traits!
