What is a cheat to get arceas in Pokemon Soul Silver?

Good idea if you have Pokemon Box: Ruby and Sapphire and a GBA to Gamecube Link Cable for a good cheat. Get anyone you want like Kyogre for instance and put it on to Pokemon Box with the Link Cable pack. Then start your game again, choose your starter and put them back on. Now you can get 2 Kyogre's and a Lv 45 at least at the start of the game! I'm pretty sure this works. Sorry if it didn't.

It took me ages to find this out.

First take an Aipom to Lyra. She gives you an Aibipom bannana. Evolve the Aipom and give it the bannana. When you show it to Lyra and she eats the bannana. She walks into bed and says she's sick. When you go outside you hear a scream from Prof. Elm's house (Don't try and go upstairs. It just says the door's looked and there is screams inside.) When you go in you see a giant Aibipom and Prof. Elm standing with a machine in his hands. He says it's a Pokemon translater and the Aibipom is saying "Help me..." Prof. Elm throws you five Ultra Balls and you battle it. It says the Pokemon's name is Lyra. DON'T do anything else but throw an Ultra Ball or the battle will end. The battle ends and the Pokemon translater says " I am not a pokemon. Then Arceus will come through the roof and on the translater it says "I did not create you" Then you find a Master Ball behind Lyra. Catch Arceus. The Prof. Elm says you must bond. A turquoise tentacle will come out from Arcues's head, into your's and then green fur balls fall off of you, they turn into Green Mankeys and sing "The bond is complete" :)
