There have been a lot of similar items produced by religious groups as giveaways and keepsakes; these don't have any intrinsic value Without more information it's not possible to know what yours is worth, unfortunately.

If the coin is golden in color and the size of a quarter, then what you have is an angel token from Catholic Relief Services. It's sent out in charity mailers when they solicit donations. The coin isn't worth anything.
